I started my own practice to help people find happiness in their work, relationships, and life. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, I have experience working with adults of all ages in individual and group therapy settings, including a college campus and an intensive outpatient hospital setting. In addition, I worked approximately 5 years in a group practice working with couples, families, and individuals before launching my private practice in 2022. My clinical interests focus on anxiety treatment, identity development and self-esteem, relationship issues and interpersonal conflict, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I enjoy helping clients to create positive changes, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, discover solutions, and rewrite their life stories in an empowering narrative.

My approach includes a collaborative and authentic relationship with the client in which I will provide support and honest feedback. My therapeutic style is eclectic and flexible, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. While I often incorporate mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, I also integrate elements of other modalities to support meaningful, lasting growth. Together, we work toward developing positive coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and strengthening emotional resilience.

As someone with a deep love for animals, I have a strong appreciation for the powerful bond between humans and animals. I understand how meaningful that connection can be and the profound grief that can come with losing a beloved pet. My interest in the human-animal connection led me to complete an internship in equine facilitated psychotherapy, which allowed me to see firsthand yet another way that animals can help us heal.

I provide online therapy in Illinois, Indiana, and Kansas and coaching worldwide.
